Nickel and Nickel Alloy Welding Electrode
Ni327-6
GB/T ENi6620
AWS A5.11 ENiCrMo-6
Description: Ni327 -6 is a nickel-based electrode with low-hydrogen sodium coating. Use DCEP (direct current electrode positive). The deposited metal has excellent plasticity, toughness and crack resistance. Deposited metal has a linear expansion coefficient similar to that of steel, and has high strength and strong corrosion resistance at room temperature and high temperature.
Application: It is used for the welding of Ni9% steel, and can also be used for welding of dissimilar steels and difficult-to-weld alloys.
Chemical composition of weld metal(%):
| C | Mn | Si | Ni | Mo | Fe | Cu |

Mechanical properties of weld metal:
| Test item | Tensile strength Mpa | Yield strength Mpa | Elongation % |
| Guaranteed | ≥620 | ≥350 | ≥32 |
Recommended current:
| Rod diameter (mm) | 2.5 | 3.2 | 4.0 |
| Welding current (A) | 50 ~ 70 | 80 ~ 100 | 110 ~ 150 |
Notice:
1. The electrode must be baked for1 hour at around 300℃ before welding operation. Try to use a short arc to weld;
2. It is essential to clean up rusty, oil, water, and impurities on welding parts before welding.
3. Try to use small line energy when welding, multi-layer and multi-pass welding.
