Description: A302 is a Cr23Ni13 stainless steel electrode with titanium-calcium coating. It can be used for both AC and DC with excellent operating performance. The deposited metal has great crack resistance and oxidation resistance.

Application: It is used for welding the same type of stainless steel, stainless steel lining, special-shaped steel (Cr19Ni9 is the same as low carbon steel), high chromium steel, high manganese steel, etc.

Notice:

1. The electrode must be baked for 1 hour at 150℃ before welding operation;

2. Because the penetration depth is shallow during AC welding, the DC power supply should be used as much as possible to get deeper penetration. and the current should not be too large to avoid redness of the welding rod.
