Description: A102 is a low-carbon Cr19Ni10 stainless steel electrode with a titanium-calcium coating. It can be used for both AC and DC and has good operating performance. The deposited metal has good mechanical properties and resistance to intergranular corrosion.

Application: It is used for corrosion-resistant 06Cr19Ni10 and 06Cr18Ni11Ti stainless steel structures with welding working temperatures below 300°C.

Notice:

1. The electrode must be baked for 1 hour at around 150℃ before welding operation;

2. Because the penetration depth is shallow during AC welding, the DC power supply should be used as much as possible to get deeper penetration. and the current should not be too large to avoid redness of the welding rod;

3. The corrosion resistance and ferrite content of the deposited metal are determined by the double agreement of supply and demand.
