Description: G207NiMo is a martensitic stainless steel electrode with low hydrogen sodium coating. Use DCEP (direct current electrode positive) and can welded in all positions. The surfacing layer has good anti-cavitation and anti-sand wear properties. The surfacing welding process is simple, there is no need to preheat before welding, no heat treatment is required after welding, and the surfacing layer can be machined.

Application: It is mainly used for repair welding of 0Cr13Ni4Mo steel castings, surfacing repair of hydropower flow parts after cavitation wear, and welding of structural parts of the same material.
